Have changed from XP to win 7 Home Premium and the pop-up progress window now stays on initialising although the backup is apparently being carried out. There is no indication of the length of time. The icon in the tray does show the percentage completed.
The same with validation. The pop-up stating completed Ok does not appear.
Any suggestions?
