TI Home 2010 v6053 Plus Pack Boot CD Does Not Recognize 3 Different, Basic (non-Dynamic) USB Drives

Thread needs solution

Hello,
I have a recent (but separate date) Acronis Home 2010 v5055 backup on each of the following USB drives:
Acomdata 500 GB
Seagate Desktop Pro 750 GB
Seagate Desktop 1 TB
All are connected to my laptop, which has XP Pro SP3. The drives are non-dynamic (Basic) and are NTFS and are healthy with each drive being a single partition. I have the latest version of Home 2010 (v13.0.0.6053) and the latest version of Plus Pack (title says v6029 but version says it's 13.0.0.6053). I downloaded the ISO file yesterday and burned to CD. I got the dreaded, "Acronis True Image Home has detected unsupported hard disk drives. Acronis True Image home does not support Windows Dynamic Disks, EZ-Drives etc." error message.
Today I burned the ISO directly from the Acronis program, thinking it might be somewhat different, but got the same error message.
I've searched the Forum, and there are many complaints, but no solutions that I've seen that FIX the problem via Acronis' software.
This is obviously a major problem within Acronis, and really needs to be fixed.
Thank You.
Mike

Try those external drives, and the CD, on another computer - just a stab in the dark.

Hello Mike and DwnNDrty,

No worries, I will help you with this situation.

This issue could be related to the particular ISO you downloaded. So first of all, let's check if you're operating from correct CD. I have sent you the link to download the correct ISO file with Plus Pack. Please test it and check whether the same message occurs.

If it does, let's take a look to your HDD's: please also collect Acronis Report file, which will help us to analyze the structure of your hard drives. In order to create Acronis Report file, please download Acronis Report utility, run it and create a report. The default name of this file is "report.txt" and it is saved on your desktop.
Please attach the file to your answer in this thread.

I'd like to make sure all your queries regarding Acronis products are resolved.
Additionally to this, you are welcome to ask me any other questions concerning Acronis, and I will assist you further.

Thank you.
