TI locks up computer

My system is windows 7 SP1. I have the latest build of TI 2013 build 6514 installed.
Several times per week my system locks up. Need to power off to reboot. Neither the mouse nor the keyboard have any response on the system. The hard disk light is also not on indicating no disk activity.
I believe this started after I enabled non-stop backup. My assumption is because I run a couple of VMs with file sizes of 2GB and Outlook 2010 with a 1.5GB mail file that non-stop is locking the system up because of the bigger files sizes.
Is anyone else having this issue? How do I resolve it?
