.TIB files not created, but job is successful

Thread needs solution

I have a workstation that is successfully completing a backup/imaging process, however no .tib file is created. There are a couple of files with no file extension in the backup location, but that it. Any ideas?

What is the exact title and the build number of the program you are using? In order to solve the issue please check in properties of Windows explorer -> tools -> folder options -> view -> hide extensions for known file types (must be unchecked).

I have confirmed that I should be able to see the file extention, but these files created by Acronis do not have a file extension. Below is my software version:

Acronis Backup Server
1.7.597

Acronis True Image Management Console
9.7.8353

Acronis True Image Agent
9.7.8353
