TIH 2011 - Two Steps Back

For anyone at Acronis who may be reading... After using Acronis TIH on multiple computers in multiple versions, I have to say that TIH 2011 which I just installed on a client's computer is really, really a step backwards. There may be new features of note. But the UI and process for getting things done is just complete crap. It is ugly, counter-intuitive, easy to mess-up, and just plain confusing for all. What a disappointment!
