TIH 2011 very unstable when setting up File backup

I have two computers, one a desktop and one is a laptop. Both are running Windows7 Ultimate 64-bit. Both computers have TrueImage Home 2011 build 5519 installed. Both have the same problem attempting to set up and run a File backup. They have no problem setting up and running Disk/Partition backups. I’ve attached some screen shots.

Some of the problems include the following:

After selecting the two drives to backup and clicking on the Destination arrow the dialog that opens becomes grayed out and then I get a Stopped working message box.

If instead of clicking on the Destination arrow, I click on the File Backup Options link and then click on the Backup Scheme tab when I click on the Version Chain Scheme dropdown it blinks open and the closes.

Other times if I click on the Backup schedule to set up a schedule the screens have missing letters and I cannot type in the screen boxes.

Why use the file backup when you are specifying the whole drive C and D ? I have tried to set this as closely to the way you have albeit on an XP SP3 machine without any problems however.
