TIH Not backing up data?

Thread needs solution

I use Quicken Home & Business and am using it about every two to three days. Acronis TIH 2011 is setup to do full system backups with incrementals. I shutdown daily. But I go to look for a Quicken database file and it's months old! How is that?

Are you for sure browsing in the correct folder? It's not unusual for the folder structure (and names) to be different when browsing a backup than in the running system.

Have you searched for the file by its name? There may be multiple copies. I've seen QuickBook files end up in odd places, sometimes resulting in confusion (or worse) for the user. It may be the same with Quicken.
