TJB Driver Software install failed.

Recently the Windows 7 HP update window appeared and said there was an optional update for Acronis TJB Mounter. I have run this abut now see a message "Acronis TJB Mounter driver software install filed".

For info I back up my PC using Acronis 2015 to back up to a portable 1TB hard drive which I keep separate from the PC.

I see this every time I start my PC, how can I prevent this message appearing, please?
