Transfer License on Acronis True Image 2013

Hi,
I am following the below Knowledge Base procedure to transfer a license to a computer that just had its OS updated. Went from XP to 7. The computer has no access to the internet.

In the procedure it asks that I login or create an Acronis account. I do not know whether this license was registered before under a different account (this is on a business computer). Do I need the original account it was registered on, if it was registered before, or will a new account work?
