transfer to new laptop

Thread needs solution

My ATIE-W was purchased in 2009. I have a new laptop and am using the acronis disk with my software on it to try to install it on the new laptop. Having obtrained keys fro "My account" i insput those where requested and receive a message "This is not an Acronis Key" yet it is because I have just copied it from the acronis website on my account. Have spent half an hour trying to re-install with no progress. Can anyone help me.? My original paper work has 4 serial numbers but no "Keys".

Please note that if you are trying to transfer your Acronis True Image 2009 program to a new laptop running Windows 10 then this is not supported and the install may fail.  Only ATIH 2015 or later are supported for use with Windows 10.
