i clicked get trial key, gave email addy, got email, program says trial key is wrong????

since my trial key doesnt even work im not worried about hideing it...

Google says that the serial is for 2012, you are installing 2011, and my first thought was 'since when 2011 trial requires a serial key??" (the answer is since update 3)- so do you need to install 2011 or 2012 version?

(http://kb.acronis.com/content/13418 says "You do not need a serial number to install a trial version of the product" that is wrong )
