Trouble with 'Create Master Image'

We are having troubles creating master Image using Acronis Snap Deploy Management Console (build 3470). We are also using Acronis Recovery for SQL Server but that has no issues. When it comes to creating master image, we follow the following steps.

Make a new connection.
Click 'Create Master Image'
Choose 'Remote machine'

After this, we see the "processing..please wait" popup andthen an error message that says "cannot reference memory location . Do you want to debug the program?" The error screenshot is attached.

We tried reinstalling the agent and the console with no luck.

How do we resolve this issue and start using it again for mater image creation?
