trouble with nonstop backup on SD Card

I'm using Acronis True Image 2014 (build 6614) and I'm having trouble setting up nonstop backup to a SD card inside an internal card reader on my laptop (running Win 8.1). Although the SD card is NTFS (see the disk management screenshot in the attachment) True Image keeps saying "Nonstop backup does not support the file system on this ..." (ses attachment). Any thoughts?
