Trouble restoring from differential backup

Thread needs solution

I'm using ATI Home v.11. My backup scheme is to do one zero level and then a differential every few days. Eventually, the disk where I store my backups gets full so I'd like to delete all but the most recent differential. Problem is when I try to restore from the last differential ATI seems to want all the previous differentials. Since they've been deleted I can't do a restore.

The docs say restoring from a differential requires only the zero level and _one_ of the differential archives so why
does ATI insist on having the entire collection of differential archives present? Has this problem been fixed in subsequent releases?

Thanks in advance,
eric

Is the base image that you have definitely the one related to the differential?

Are you able to mount the differential?

If you double click on the differential tib file does it open without problems in windows Explorer?

Are you starting the recovery in windows or directly from the Rescue CD?

What build of TI11 are you using?

Hi.
I have EXACTLY the same problem but with ATIH 2011 Update1 (build 6597).

Please, ACRONIS responsables, answer to the post.
