True Image 10 6053 crashing my Windows 7

I thought I was getting an upgrade, since upgrading I have not been able to create a back-up but have been very successful at crashing Windows 7.
It cannot be this bad, can some help?
Problem resolved using Acronis Knowledge Base 6529.

First thing I would do is uninstall True Image, use the Acronis Cleanup Utility and re-install.

I tried this, no luck. I have never had a problem with this product until updating to this new version. Any attempt at creating a back-up cashes Windows 7.
