True Image 2009 - Backup won't run

Thread needs solution

After working through each step to create a backup of selected drives on a network file server (mapped to my desktop), the Backup Task is shown under Unscheduled Tasks (that's fine), but I cannot get it to START. If I select the task and click on START on the Menu, nothing happens.

This is hugely frustrating. Can anyone help?

Thank you for using Acronis Products

First of all please make sure that you are using the latest build of the program. Check it in Help -> About. You can always download the latest build of the program from your account under Registered Products.

If the issue persists update Acronis scheduler using the following KB article 

Sorry, but True Image Home 2009 does not have "Help->About."

On the Welcome screen, "Help - Learn More About the Product" gets you into the help system, but I can find no "About" giving me the specific version # beyond True Image Home 2009.

Hit the Alt key and look near the top the "Help" will appear.
