True Image 2011 Home 5105 Backups To Optical Drives Do Not Work!

I downloaded the trial version of True Image 2011 Home Build 5105 and installed it. However, I discovered a serious error when trying to do backups to optical/CD/DVD drives. It apparently can't be done!

The problem is the backup execution always asks to insert the last media of the archive and click Retry. Clicking Retry just brings up the same error message window again. This occurs even when the backup option Ask for first media while creating backups on removable media is unchecked. So, the only available option that works is to Cancel. This occurs when trying to backup either partitions or File backups.

Is this just happening to me or has anyone else encountered it?

Unfortunately, the backup/recovery process, when mixed with Acronis's "Backup and Recovery" products (this affects the home and business products), DO NOT WORK. This also applies to BR11 products (like I said, Backup and Recovery products), BRxx whatsoever and optical media do not work.

To make a long story short, Acronis has not stated it publicly, but if you search enough, you'll see that we (users) get to spend our precious time getting the run arounds, and in the end, you'll just learn that Acronis has not addressed the issue whatsoever beyond kind replies and other tangents you might get pointed to (like showing your computer specs, logs, screenshots (dont fall for it!!!)... like they dont already know about it), but they cant provide you anything that shows it actually works.

CD, DVD, HD-DVD, Blu-Ray disks *********************************, searching the forums for "acronis" and "optical media" would state the opposite. Search for optical in the manuals and you'll be surprised you get no results, but thats no surprise.
