True Image 2013 Cloud Subscription expired? Account is good till Sept 2013

Thread needs solution

I have TI 2013 and purchased Cloud Backup in October 2012. It has been working great until I for some reason or another have the Sync paused and all Syncs have the message:

Your subscription has expired. Please update it.

My account is clearly active till September 2013.

Two errors in the log:
1) Failed to copy changes of synced data from AGCPC to Acronis Cloud: Failed to open Acronis Cloud properties. Please try again later. The sync will be restarted automatically later.
Event code: 0x019A005A+0x01ED03E8+0x0191004A+0x00980642+0x009806A7+0x009800C8+0x0000FFF0+0x80072746
2) Failed to copy changes of synced data from Acronis Cloud to AGCPC: Failed to renew the certificate. The sync will be restarted automatically later.

Win 7 Pro 64 Sp1 and latest updates which were installed just yesterday..... something to check out I suppose.

Also running local scheduled backups to 2 ext. hdds.

Thank you for looking into this.

First try again today and see if the same error message pops up, the Acronis server might have had a problem. Yesterday my test cloud backup stopped due to my serial number suddenly becoming deactivated, just as suddenly everything started working again.

If it is still failing and you are within your 30 day purchase period I suggest raising a support ticket with Acronis.

Thank you for the responses! It would appear all is ok today. Seems like a server issue on the other end. Green check marks all the way now.
Have a great day/night and thank you again!

I too am experiencing a problem with my backup. I had TI 2010 which expired 1/9/2013. I purchased TI 2013 Family Plan and have not had a successful backup even though I've registered my purchase and the screens show attempts to back up only to report back up has failed. A message in red at the bottom of the screen says "You subscription to Acronis Cloud has expired. All operations except recovery are unavailable. All online backup will be deleted in 27 days". This behaves like I haven't purchased a new subscription but I have and have reinstalled it a second time as well as re-registered it. What do I need to do to back up to the Acronis Cloud that I haven't done?

Hello William,

Thank you for posting.

According to our records your Online Backup subscription has expired on January 9th 2013. If you feel that this is incorrect please send me a private message so that we can address this issue.

Just in case, here is an article that explains Acronis Online Backup subscription in more detail.

Thank you.
