True Image 2013 lost prior TI 2012 Installation

Thread needs solution

I installed TI 2013 Upgrade w/o a problem, rebooted as instructed and started TI 2013. Answered
a couple of prompts and entered my serial number. It accepted it fine and stopped with an error
message saying a module could not be found. After several tries I decided to reinstall to no avail
as TI 2012 was wiped out for the upgrade. I cannot go back to my original TI 2008 as it will take too
much effort w/o any guarantees that it would work this time.

I would purchase a full copy of TI 2013 if I got a credit of the upgrade cost that was worthless.

What is the problem?

As far as I have read here so far - you can not ( without trouble) upgrade from earlier Versions than 2011........
And make no mistake - the Version 2013 has brought many people trouble - me too. 2012 runs fine with my system...............

Roger,

If you rerun the 2013 installer you can try a repair install, if that doesn't solve your problem you can rerun the installer and select uninstall 2013. If you uninstall it the next thing to do is to download and run the 2013 registry cleaner. Now you can either reinstall your old copy of TI or try again with 2013.

If your copy of TI is older than TIH 2011, you should not have been able to install 2013 over the top.

If you decide to purchase a full copy of TI 2013 you can just enter the serial number into the trial version which will unlock it.
