My situation: True Image 2015 recovery disc hangs on bootup with blank screen but I also have a True Image 2013 recovery disc that boots successfully and can browse the .tib file made by True Image 2015.

My question: Can True Image 2013 restore a .tib file made with True Image 2015?

In my opinion, it is otherway right.

True Image 2015 can restore a .tib file made with True Image 2013.

and

True Image 2013 cannot restore a .tib file made with True Image 2015.

But you can ask more info on the forum.
