True Image 2013 - Under "Partitions to back up" it states "No items to display"

Thread needs solution

Hello,

My system is Windows 8.1 x64
No RAID
One hard drive with five partitions (standard Windows partitions)

I installed True Image 2013 Build 6514 about one month ago and created a bootable DOS disc to back up my system (all partitions); I prefer to back up my system when Windows is not running. The first time I used the disc I was forced to place BIOS into legacy mode. Everything went fine, all five partitions appeared under "Partitions to back up", I selected all five partitions and backed up the partitions to a separate USB drive. I placed BIOS back to normal (non-legacy mode).

Now, I am attempting to backup the same five partitions again after one month has passed and under "Partitions to back up" it states, "No items to display" (see attached image). The strange part is that it also states "Size to back up: 49.61 GB" which is only three out of the five partitions on the drive. How do I select all the partitions again?

I have tried both non-legacy mode and legacy mode in BIOS to no avail.

I have an older program made by Acronis "Seagate DiscWizard" which when I boot from the boot disc shows all five partitions. Also, I downloaded the trial version of True Image 2014 and made a boot disc and when booted it shows all five partitions available to be backed up however will not allow me to back them up in the trial version.

It is only the True Image 2013 program that does not show my partitions for my hard drive under "Partitions to back up".

I started the True Image 2013 boot disc with "Quiet" mode disabled and noticed a couple error messages as well (see attached image).

Running True Image 2013 within Windows works fine and all five partitions are shown as available to be backed up. The problem only occurs when I use the boot disc at which point it does not show or allow selection of various partitions to back up but simply states "No items to display".

I uninstalled and re-installed True Image 2013 which did not change anything.

I am hoping someone has experienced this before or has a possible solution so that I can once again back up all five partitions (approx. 63 GB in size) from the DOS boot disc.

Shawn
