True Image 2013 + Windows 7 64 bits : Redémarrage de Windows impossible
Bonjour,

Merci
Jean-Philippe

@ Vincent, As I understand you, your problem is:
You installed 2013 over the top of 2012 on a Windows 7 64 bit system.
The install went fine, but now every time you reboot your Windows gets stuck at the Microsoft Windows boot logo screen.
You have tried, uninstalling, running the Acronis Cleaner and it makes no difference.
You have also tried removing the Acronis Secure Zone and this makes no difference.
If you wait long enough does Windows boot?
Have you tried enabling Windows boot logging so that you can see what program being loaded is causing the problem?
Are you able to boot into Windows Safe mode?

@Jean-Philippe
True Image 11 and 2011/2012 are not compatible with Windows 8, In fact Windows and True Image should prevent installation.
Your only choice with True Image is to purchase the 2013 upgrade and install that.

Colin,
You have fully understood my problem with Acronis True Image 2013.
Today, I have tried to reinstall Acronis True Image Home 2013, 4 more times and I still have the same problem :
After each installation, Windows is stuck on the home screen with the Microsoft Windows boot logo and I cannot restart, even if I wait more than half an hour or more.
I used MSCONFIG to see what program loading is causing the problem, but I can not detect it.
I can start Windows in Safe Mode.
So in the end, I need to run the restore utility of Windows 7 and I can then go back to the 2012 version of Acronis True Image Acronis that works properly.
Thank you very much for your help and excuse my English very bad.
Sincerely

Vincent,
In msconfig, disable all non-microsoft services, and all startup items. Does the computer boot now? If yes, enable Acronis services and startup items, does it boot now?
Aside from this method, the only way to diagnose the problem is to open a ticket with Acronis (they will request you create a system report disk with the Acronis recovery CD)

To boot on the Acronis recovery CD, you would have to switch to legacy boot mode. This will allow you to restore a backup if you have one available.
If you don't have an Acronis backup to restore, then the Acronis recovery CD is of little use. In this case, leave the boot on UEFI and try the F8 key to reach the Windows recovery options.
Does the F8 function during boot work?

I have no CD back up cause when I want to do it with acronis PC bugs ...
It s not F8 but F12 which run in Win 8.
Which recovery option I must choose ?
Thanks

F12 are for boot options, typically. We are here looking for advanced startup options.

I CANNOT GO ON ADVANCED STARTUP OPTIONS !!!

With Windows 8 systems, it is hard to get to these options, you are supposed to hit shift+f8 but you don't have a lot of time to do it, so it feels impossible to work.
If you can't get to the advanced restore options, try to boot on the Windows 8 installation DVD and see if you can get to the repair options.
