True Image 2014 stopped working -- file restore
Folks - I am trying to do a single file (Outlook.pst) restore from a month ago and when I click on the file to restore I get an error "True Image had stopped working"
I validated the files on the backup drive and they are OK according to True Image.
I am running Windows 8.1 64 bit and the version of TI is current, most up to date.
Before I try any uninstall/re-install moves I wondered if anyone had any further suggestions?
Marty

The fault is in the application then followed by the Windows MSVCR80.dll module:
Faulting application name: TrueImage.exe, version: 17.0.0.6673, time stamp: 0x52f0fb16
Faulting module name: MSVCR80.dll, version: 8.0.50727.8428, time stamp: 0x520b1060
What I'm looking for is if this is something seen with TI before and if there is a fix. The comments in the sevenformums post do not apply.
