True Image 2014 trial made my 2011 disappear

I had the True Image 11 version (3 PC's installed). I wanted to see the changes in the 14 version, and the download failed. Now my 11 version has completely disappeared.
Whe can advise?

In order for v11 to have disappeared you must have tried to install 2014. If you want to go back a System Restore should do the trick.
