True Image 2014 Unable to backup to mybookliveduo cloud

I am unable to backup to mybookliveduo. this happened after I uninstalled True Image 2014 and reinstalled True Image 2014.
All was working fine before this.

Connection setting test passes, but I am getting the following error:

Further search did not bring anything explaining this error.
I tried to access mybookliveduo as network drive and using ftp. the same error persists. I have no problem accessing drive either as network drive, mapped network drive, using ftp. I have full access.

I really like the program but I am considering to get something more reliable.
