True Image 2015, lost configuration
Thread needs solution
When we start True Image, it doesn't see the configuration and ask for all the setup info - backup type, from and to disks, etc! How can we get restarted and keep the old backup data? We had a problem with Outlook and the Outlook profile was rebuilt. After that Acronis did not work as before. It had been running for 6+ months, weekly full and daily updates, dropping files after 5 cycles.
There are no error codes so I can't get to chat. Not ready to upgrade if I can't get restarted.
