true image Home 2010 not supporting my new SSD drive

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I replaced my standard HD with an SSD drive that has worked flawlessly.  But i can't seem to image with my Acronis True Image Home 2010 software.  I'm getting the following error:

"Acronis True Image Home does not support windows dynamic discs, EZ drives, etc"

The Disc manager says that i have three partitions ... two of them are simple basic NTFS partitions identified as drives C: and H:

The other partition is only 200MB and is simple basic and no File system identified.

All of the partitions are considered "healthy"

I tried to post the screen shots, but this editor won't let me.   Anyone know how i can image this new SDD??

Hello Timothy,

Please refer to https://kb.acronis.com/content/2699: solid-state drives are fully supported only starting from 2011 version.

Latest version of the program (2016) fully supports SSD. You can download a free trial and purchase an upgrade license at http://www.acronis.com/en-us/personal/upgrade-backup/. There are versions for local backups and local+cloud backups. You can upgrade to any of them.

Regards,

Slava
