True Image Home 2010 will not install

I purchased and downloaded the upgrade from True Image Home 2009 to Home 2010. Now, when I try to run the executable to install the program, CPU usage goes immediately to 100% and Task Manager shows the executable as "Not Responding".

I hope that someone can respond with a solution as soon as possible since I need to do a backup very soon.
