True Image Home 2012 Upgrade Unresponsive
Greetings from Boise! I'm trying to upgrade my workstation from 2010 w/Plus Pack to 2012 w/Plus Pack. When I enter my Serial Number for the upgrade the dialogue box opens a text box for my "Serial number of the previous product." When I enter that serial number and click "Activate" nothing happens: no activation, no error message...nothing. I'm probably missing something obvious-any solutions? Thanks!

Thanks, Anton! I tried to initiate a Live Chat session, but when I clicked the "Chat Now" button the page with all of my entered data disappeared and no new window opened...I might be more trouble than I'm worth! I'm not registering a trial version-this is the download from my purchase of the upgrade. I'll wait and see if my Chat is live and I'm just unable to find the window...

We just released a hotfix for this problem, please download it from your Acronis web-account. More information about the hotfix is available in this KB article.

Thanks, Anton. I reinstalled True Image, then installed the Plus Pack, and for whatever reason everything worked fine! I'm all backed up.
