True Image Home with Plus Pack will not handle my RAID drives properly

Thread needs solution

I have TI Home 2012 and I bought the PLUS pack because I was told that I needed the plus pack to deal with RAID arrays.

I have 2 X 1TB Samsung drives running in RAID0 on an INTEL controller. I want to clone those two drives to ONE Toshiba 3TB drive. My OS is Win7 32 bit. My motherboard is a fairly new ASUS (2 years), and recognizes the 3TB drive.

True Image lets me choose drive "C" (the two RAID drives) and notes that they are a 1.8TB drive.
It then asks me for the target drive. I tell TI to use the Toshiba 3TB. TI then tells me that it has to reboot my computer to complete the operation. When it reboots, it boots directly into Windows 7 every time.

What do I need to do?

Charles,
Ensure you are using the latest build of 2012. You can download this from your Acronis User Acct free. I would also suggest that you download the latest boot CD image there (.iso). With that in mind, even the latest build of 2012 may or may not support your 3TB disk. You'll have to try it as I don't remember if 3TB disks were available during this release.

You can also try a 2014 boot CD for free as a trial with your hardware. One of these options should work if your hardware supports the size of this disk natively.
