trueimage.exe remain in memory when closing GUI

Thread needs solution

I installed TrueImage Home 2010 Build 7046 and have a problem where the trueimage.exe remain in memory when closing the main application. When this happen i'm not able to start the application again before i kill the process or reboot my computer. If i wait for a long time the process eventually seems to close automatically.

I'm using a laptop with Turbo Memory installed and found a warning in the Windows event log that i have never seen until i installed TI. The warning says "An Io Request to the device \Device\RobsonImd-0 did not complete or canceled within the specific timeout. This can occur if the device driver does not set a cancel routine for a given IO request packet.", event: 54, source: iaNvStor. The event appear when i start TI. This event is related to the Turbo Memory so i physically removed the Turbo Memory from my computer and that seems to have solved the problem. The warning is no longer shown in the event log and trueimage.exe now close properly.

I have read that others have the same problem and Acronis find it hard to reproduce so i hope this could be helpful to find the bug.
