Try and Decide Fail to Start
Thread needs solution
Attempted to start Try and Decide, and got a Try&Decide Fails to Start box
followed the directions in article: 3650: Acronis True Image Home 2010: Try&Decide Fails to Start after Upgrading Windows Vista to Windows 7 (note: I am running XP SP3) and still T&D fails to start.
emailed Acronis tech support 11-days ago - no response. Re-emailed 3-days back and still no response.
case 00467151 filed within 30-day support period
since this was a retail product - I will probably be forced to file a chargeback.
Does Acronis tech support not respond to email queries?
