Try And Decide Won't Start

I found a knowledge base article (attached) on how to start. Still couldn't get try and decide to start even with following these instructions. It seems this program, latest build included, is very buggy compared to older versions and more complicated than it needs to be. Would like to see developers comments on how to start T&D. Would also like to be able to add comments to backup before backup is made. I now put a large picture with notes on the screen before I do the backups and have enable to make a picture on the backup. This is an excellent new feature. Also, One Step Backup has become overly complicated and just doesn't seem to work as well or be able to be customized as it was in older versions. Hopefully someone will get a new update out soon to resolve these issues that I've run into. Sorry for the digression.

With help from email support I did get Try & Decide to work. First of all, you need build 5519 installed. Then follow the directions in the attachment of the preceding post. Once you set it up the first time it will keep your settings. Also note that when you rt. click the tray icon when it is on the decision making window does not work. you need to go back to T&D to make your decisions (this is noted in the above instructions). So it's a bit different from previous version, but it works well.
