Trying to back-up items from old task

Thread needs solution

I have True Image Home 2009 on Win Vista 64 ...

I created a task to back-up data everyday at 5:00pm. I decided I needed to change it based on what I was backing up (was backing up all the items in a user directory). I deleted the task and started over, being more selective. I now get an error as it's trying to back-up items from the old task, IE cache files that aren't there anymore. I don't even have that directory location in the new task selected but it's still trying. I went to my task list and right clicked and then delete. Is there more files I need to delete to remove all traces of the old task?

Hello Peter,

Thank you for using [[http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/ | Acronis True Image]]

It looks like you need to remove the traces of the old task from Acronis Scheduler. Please delete the present task, after that please download Acronis Scheduler, which is a special utility to update the scheduler service. The link is available here.

Extract the downloaded file, run install.bat and wait for the process to be completed. The utility will automatically update the service. Reboot the computer and recreate the task. The issue should be resolved.

Thank you.
