Trying to Create Bootable Disc And Keep Getting Error Message

I keep getting the following error message when I try and create a bootable disc.

Have you tried running the Bootable Media Builder (which is an independent program) via the Start menu, i.e.

Start->All Programs->Acronis->Acronis True Image Home->Bootable Rescue Media Builder

and see if you get the same error?

Try putting the blank CD in the tray and leaving the tray open (don't push it in). TI should pull it in when it needs to. (Note: This won't work on laptop drives.)

Another option is to create an ISO (or use the ISO downloaded from your Acronis account) and burn that to a CD using an ISO capable burning program.
