Trying to image an Evo N610 c Compaq laptop

So, I have a back up image that someone else had backed up on a hard drive from another N610 c, so I try using that hard drive to image this N610 c, after Acronis says it is done imaging, I restart and it shows a blank screen, I restart, asks if I want to go into safe mode, start with network, etc, I choose start normally, and it just freezes, and nothing happens. I am at a loss, any help is helpful, thanks.

I have tried using both Acronis 2009 Home, and Acronis 2010 Home, both full versions.
