Trying to upgrade system MotherBoard and Acronis TI 2013 want's me to re-register!

Thread needs solution

What a joke, I have multiple copies of TI 2013 installed on various computers. I just upgraded a W8 system to a new/different MotherBoard and TI wants me to re-register or something. I have tried to contact Acronis but in order to do anything I have to Log In to my account. When I try it does not like my password. When I try to Chat it goes blank and says look at the IE instructions. I' using IE10 - no mention of it. This is !@#$believable, I can see why people say stick with TI 2010.

Anyway, if someone from Acronis looks at this stuff I need help, I refuse to keep buying another copy of TI so that I can re-register every time I make a hardware change.

I finally got my problem resolved by creating a new account so that I could login and open a chat window! Problem solved - in a not so elegant manner. On the plus side, the person that was handling the chat window was very good and got my problem(s) fixed quickly.
