Don't you mean "TCP and UDP protocols" ?

Look, just turn off the Non-Stop-Backup feature. That fixed my problems. It's not required; and all you have to do is go into safe mode and turn it off in services, it's listed under Acronis Non-Stop-Backup.

While it'd be nice if they told you this in the documentation, or fixed the problem with this, it's a feature and not a requirement to run the software.

That said I'd love to hear from the development team about why this doesn't work, and why it's enabled by default (when they'd have a lot more luck with their customers if it was disabled by default.)
