"Unable to create volume snapshot" error
Thread needs solution

I'm running build 6525. I started getting the message in the subject line a few days ago. I followed the instructions here:

but when I tried to contact customer support it says my support has ended, so I'm hoping someone from support will see this and it might help fix the problem. I have the system report but I'm reluctant to post it to a public forum. If someone from Acronis could contact me, I'll send it along.
