Unable to delate a backup

Thread needs solution

OK, Here is the problem:

I had been using an external back up drive that the computer labeled drive J
This drive has failed and I replaced it with the WD My Cloud drive. That drive has worked perfectly. Acronis sees it and things are good.

Now for the problem:
Acronis still wants to back up to drive J, which does not exist. In attempting to delete the back up programed for J disk. The system freezes and will not complete the delete. So, I am continually getting failure messages. How can I delete the Acronis back up which is no longer in the system?
