Unable to install ATI Home 2011 trial FRENCH version

Hello, I"m a newbe on this board ! This is my first post

After many tries, I cannot install the trial version of ATI Home 2011 because the previous version ATI Home 2010 installation is corrupted.

But this installed old version works very well..... I just want to install the new trial version ATI Home 2011.

In control panel, I can see ATI Home 2010 (13.0.5055), but when I try to uninstall the application, I get this warning message :

• Les données de configuration de ce produit sont endommagées. Contactez votre support technique.

When I try to install the new trial version, I get this warning messager:

• Une autre version du produit est déjà installée. L'installation de cette version ne peut s'effectuer. Dans le paneau de configuration, ouvrez le module Ajout/Suppression de programme, pour supprimer la version déjà installée de ce produit.
• L'ancienne version de ce produit ne peut pas être supprimé car elle semble être endommagée

1. May be someone can help me to fix this hard bug please ???
2. I'm also seeking for a specific uninstaller for Acronis....
