Unable to login from True Image 2015 or 2016 (desktop and laptop)

Thread needs solution

Greetings, I have TI 2015 on my desktop and TI 2016 on my laptop. After installing 2016 on my laptop this morning and trying to get familiar with it, I found that I was unable to sign in from the program on either machine. It does not seem to recognize my sign in credentials and gives me unspecified error reports. I have no problem signing in via web (obviously, I'm on this forum). Don't understand the disconnect but, as I said, I can't access my account from either machine/program. Am I missing something which should be obvious? I get a different message with each version/machine. "An error occurred while signing in Please try again later" in TI2016 on laptop and "Sync Agent Service Error: Try to restart your computer" in TI 2015 on desktop. Laptop is Win 7 Home Prem 64 and desktop is Win 7 Pro 64.

Hi Douglas,
there were some problems on sign-in servers, which have been rapidly solved.
Can you please check again and let me know if at the moment everything works as expected?
