Universal Boot: Could someone please clarify?

Thread needs solution

Hello,

How is this process on TI 2015 done? Unlike TI 2014, in TI 2015 you don't choose Universal Restore while you are preparing to pick an image you've created to install on a given HDD. In TI 2015 you create a UR bootable image (I created mine on a DVD), boot from there and then from here I get totally confused. I found these sparsely detailed instructions on Acronis' site: https://kb.acronis.com/content/47606. No where is it explained how to associate the drivers to the image (or do you have to install the OS from an image onto a HDD first now, then point UR to it to add the drivers into the HAL.dll and then boot Windows for the first time?)

No where can I find an explanation on how this can successfully be achieved.

If anyone knows how this is done, and/or can point me to the right source I would be very appreciative!

Thank you,

supercell

In the link you provided above did you click on the link item entitled "Using Acronis Universal Boot", third arrowhead below the download links? I believe that it is a quite through explanation of the process and how to use the product. Some users do not know that these arrowhead markers are expandable.

I will double check.

Thank you Enchantech.

Yeah, I got past my issue stated in this chain, but now I am stuck in another spot: See ticket #90366.

Thanks again!
