Universal Restore not so much

I want to move everything from one Win 8.1 Pro-64 to another Win 8.1 Pro-64. On the original machine I upgraded to Acronis TI 2015 and made a full backup on an ext USB 3.0 HDD. I also created the Universal Boot Media DVD with the Win PE 64 option and booted the new machine.

In the Acronis Universal Boot v.11.5 Update 5, there is an option to select the Operating System. Windows 8.1 is already there. Then there is Auto Driver Search. I have tried many folders and none of them seem to work. I always get "Applying universal boot: failed" in red. I have a SYSTEM_DRV C: and a Windows_OS D: and a Lenovo partition E: for factory restore. I don't know what drivers it is looking for?
