Unsatisfied by the answers of support

Thread needs solution

I purchased support for a single incident. After a week of email exchange with the support they admitted that it is a problem in the product and even created a knowledge base article. It is okay but the problem is still here and I paid for its resolution, not for working as a beta tester for them.

Do they offer a refund for the paid support requests which actually did not solve a problem? How does it work?
