Unscheduled backups remain in queued state

Thread needs solution

Running True Image Home Version 11, build 6857. Have been using successfully for at least a year. When I try to schedule a full, partition backup to an external drive (same problem on 2 drives) backup goes to queued state and does not continue past that. Not scheduling backups, just trying to "backup now". Tried stopping Acronis TI, killing all processes, starting over. Nothing seems to make a difference. Also tried rebooting to no avail. Running WinXP, SP3. Any insights from anyone?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling. It looks like you have a scheduler issue.
Did you tweak any of your windows services?
