Unwanted Non-Stop Backup

Hello,

In reviewing my log files, I noticed a lot of entries related to startup of Non-Stop Backup.

I have never configured or turned on Non-Stop backup. Why is this happening and how do I stop it? I cannot even determine what is being backed up.
