Upgrade ATI Home 2010 to 2011 - lost schedule settings for normal and online backup
Just upgraded from ATI Home 2010 to 2011. After the upgrade completed and system rebooted, checked and the schedule info from ATI 2010 Home had been lost. Anyone else had this problem? Seems pretty sad that something so easy to save and restore got lost.
I had to set it up again, including finding the info for setting up Chain2Gen.
The install was sort of ugly, text was not very readable and gave no real clue what it was doing.
The one improvement I can see so far is the Online Backup interface is a lot faster. Only took 10-15 seconds to open the online backup to the point where I could actually retrieve data if I needed to. Don't know if this has anything to do with ATI 2010 or something else has been fixed but I'm sure glad to see it.
Now to see if my normal incremental backup will run as I already have a full and 2 previous incremental backups in the backup directory.
The new interface seems less confusing but quite different from 2010 so it took a bit to get used to. Haven't found out where I can access the logs yet, which was easy to do in 2010.
