USB Keyboard not usable
With TI 2010 bootable Disc, my Microsoft USB Keyboard is not usable.
The keyboard is pluged to the build in USB controller and USB keyboard is activated in bios.
Any hint available?

Hello Horst,
I understand the question and will do everything possible from my side to solve the issue.
I would recommend you to download ISO image based on ISOLinux from your account under registered products and create Acronis bootable disc using third-party software. ISOLINUX Bootable Media is usually more up to date than the Acronis Loader one. This is due to the fact a new version of Acronis Bootable Media is uploaded to the website more frequently than regular product updates are released.
ISOLINUX Bootable Media has several boot parameters that may help overcome possible issues with booting and hardware recognition. You can also set a specific VGA resolution in the ISOLINUX media if there an issue with the Graphical User Interface (GUI). Check the following article for more details.
In case you experience issues downloading the ISO image from your account I have sent you download link via PM.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Thank you.

Dmitry,
Good news. I just downloaded the "latest" ISOLinux TI 2010, and have a non-functional USB keyboard when I boot from this disk. Unfortunately, your solution is NOT a solution at all.
Just another unhappy Acronis customer.

Hello Mark,
We're really sorry for the difficulties you've experienced.
In order to investigate the issue and to provide you with a solution we need some additional information from you. Could you please do the following?
Collect Acronis Linux Report;
Collect AcronisInfo;
Submit a support request with the gathered information.
We are looking forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience.
Thank you.

Dear Ilya,
More nonesense from Acronis Tech Support. Just how do you propose that I collect Acronis Linux Report and Acronis Info without a keyboard and mouse?
Cheers,
Mark Bercov
