I have generated a clone-HD on a PC running XP, using TI 11.
Can I plug this HDD into a different HW, which runs Win7, and execute XP from the clone-drive?

You could boot the drive on another computer, but it may fail due to incorrect drivers. In most cases, XP will either run and prompt to install a lot of drivers or it will have a BSOD. In addition, XP will deactivate due to the hardware changes.
